    Settle into a reclined yin practice. Without props, you will experience shorter two minute holds in each shape.

    Play with your vinyasa with lots of options in each pose. Dynamic sequence and postures.

  • Vinyasa for happy hips

    Hip opening! Move the hips in all six major joint directions ~ flexion, extension, adduction and abduction, internal and external rotation. Creative sequencing to keep your mind engaged in the present moment.

  • Vinyasa fun flow

    A creative sequence of vinyasa flow with one breath per movement. Some standing balancing shapes, Feeling awake and strong? You will feel energized from this practice.

  • Lunch hour yoga

    This class starts with breathwork, sun salutations, then creative hip opening sequencing to keep your mind occupied and energized. Watch me fall in headstand because it sometimes happens!
