Vinyasa/Flow
Vinyasa means "to place in a special way." Very specialized sequences are placed together to allow the inhale and the exhale to flow with ease. It is easier for the diaphragm to inhale when movements go from down to up. It is easier for the body's anatomy to exhale as it goes from up to down or into a twist for example. This is a breath-centered practice and can create internal heat.
