Retreat Day 15: Creative Hatha (20 min)
This 20 min. practice will give you energy and peace in the jungle. You'll open your spine, hips, shoulders without chaturanga - the often poorly performed push-up pose.

Retreat Day 16: Hanuman Storytime (25 min)
Part of yoga is learning the Vedic knowledge orally. Traditionally this is learned through story. This one is for Hanuman, the monkey God who I was reminded of in Costa Rica daily.
