Traditional Hatha is a slower paced practice that encourages mindfulness and quietness within. Similar to moving meditation with many pauses for stillness. Feel free to stay in a shape as long as you wish. A meditation practice after this movement can be a full spectrum experience of Yoga. See my intro to meditation video.
